Frequently Asked Questions
Below are some FAQs to help understand the services we offer
WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Home staging is the strategic styling of a property to enhance its appeal before sale. By using carefully selected furniture, layout, and finishing touches, we help buyers visualise the space. The result is a home that feels inviting and presents at its best, both online and in person.
WILL STAGING FOR SALE REALLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Yes. Home staging helps buyers visualise the space, understand the layout, and connect emotionally with the property. By improving presentation and first impressions, staged homes typically attract more interest, photograph better, and feel more desirable to buyers.
HOW LONG CAN I RENT THE FURNITURE FOR DURING A HOME STAGE?
Furniture is rented on a minimum 6-week term, with flexible extensions available if required.
DO I NEED TO BE THERE DURING THE STAGING?
No. You don’t need to be present during the staging, as long as access to the property is arranged in advance. We handle the full installation efficiently and professionally, keeping disruption to a minimum.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
We work across Yorkshire and surrounding areas. For larger projects or multiple properties, wider coverage may be available.
WILL FURNISHING MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR HMO AND SA?
Yes. Thoughtful, well-planned furnishing helps tenants and guests understand the space, feel comfortable, and see value immediately. Clear layouts and appropriate furniture improve presentation, support strong occupancy, and help properties perform better both online and in person.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK STAGING?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, particularly during busy selling periods.
HOW DOES PRICING WORK FOR PBSA?
PBSA pricing is usually based per room, with tailored rates for larger schemes and multiple units
