WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Home staging is the strategic styling of a property to enhance its appeal before sale. By using carefully selected furniture, layout, and finishing touches, buyers can better visualise the space.
No furnishings are purchased during a Stage for Sale as all furniture kits are rented for a minimum of 6 weeks.
At The Property Styler we take control of the full process from start to finish so you don't have to lift a finger.
WHY SHOULD I HOME STAGE?

HOW IT WORKS
- Get in touch for a relaxed chat so we can get to know your needs.
- We then send a quote and the contract.
- We agree a date for installation.
- We transform your property (you don't need to lift a finger as we do it all).
- Complimentary photos will be taken and provided for you.
- You can then begin marketing the property and conducting viewings.
- We arrange to pack up and collect the furniture after 6 weeks or whenever the property is sold.
Pricing:
Pricing is based on a 6-week furniture rental period.
Staging packages start from £1,850 (incl. VAT) for a one-bedroom property.

Do i need to be there during the staging install and take away?
No. You don’t need to be present during the staging, as long as access to the property is arranged in advance. We handle the full installation efficiently and professionally, keeping disruption to a minimum. and the same when it comes to de installing.
How far in advance should i book a home stage?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, particularly during busy selling periods.
where are you based and what areas do you cover?
We are based in Yorkshire and cover across Yorkshire and the surrounding areas. For larger projects or multiple properties, wider coverage may be available.
